Description

The slim design of the Freedom Carry Holster gives you the freedom of a comfortable carry, while being supported by the locking clip design. The Freedom Carry holster will accommodate full size firearms allowing you to carry in many positions from the Appendix, Cross draw, and strong side. The leather shape of the Freedom Carry has just the right amount of leather to be very comfortable while keeping the frame and slide of the pistol from contacting your body. The pocket of the Freedom Carry is mounted in a straight draw position and boasts an adjustable cant clip allowing the holster to be moved to the various carry positions. The Freedom Carry also accepts firearms equipped with various weapon lights, lasers, and slide mounted Micro Red Dot sights.

    Best of both worlds

    I’m used to pure leather holsters that’s why I got this one. The kydex allows for my tlr and the leather gives it that comfort you can only feel from leather. Great holster probably going to order one for my 1911.

    Officer 1911 Freedom holster

    I own several Freedom holsters, my go to holster. My recent purchase was for my Officer 1911. Comfort and the option to carry at 12, through 6 is a blessing in disguise.

    This the second freedom carry

    This the second freedom carry that I buy. The first is for rock island cs 3.5in 1911. I was carrying it all day. The second for the ruger max 9.They are both comfortable, and easy to conceal. Nice quality, the leather and the retainer screws and belt clips.

    Best Holster on the Market

    The best, most comfortable, and versatile holster available on the market. I usually carry on the hip but can tuck it into the appendix when I take my dog out. It sits very well tucked in with the handle available for an easy grab when needed. The gun also presses against your body very tightly so you do not print whatsoever. Overall, highly recommended and I will be going back to try more crossbreed products.

    Custom and affordable.

    I have an MP 40 shield with a Crimson Trace laser and Viridian green dot sight so I needed a holster that was not only comfortable to wear but was also able to accommodate my pistols upgrades. I found this Crossbreed holster and it does both exceptionally. I can not praise their product is enough, worth 3 times the price I paid, do yourself a favor and give it a try, you will be happy you did.

    What are the single J and V hook accessories?

      *J-Hook*: This optional clip attaches to the waistband of the pants, behind the belt, and hooks underneath. This is a good option for thinner belts or woven nylon/canvas belts that can be too thin for the standard SnapLok

      *V-Clip*

      : This optional clip has no hook or ear, it attaches directly to the back of the belt using Velcro. These clips come with a length of loop Velcro to attach to your existing belt or you can order a Belt by CrossBreed® with the Velcro stitched in for you.

    I am trying to decide between the Freedom and the Reckoning Holster. Do either (or both) of those holsters click when inserting the gun? I'm new to carrying and don't know if there is specific terminology for that, but I like holsters that make sort of a locking/clicking sound when the gun is fully inserted for added peace of mind that the gun is correctly positioned. Thank you!

      With any of our hybrid holsters (leather backer/kydex pocket), you won't necessarily get an audible "click" like you would with an all-kydex holster. All of our holsters are molded firearm-specific, however, so your gun should seat fully inside the holster with the trigger guard covered.

    Hey guys, couple questions.
    On the draw. If I say right that means if I’m carrying appendix then I pull with my right hand correct?
    Also on the clips. I’m not sure what that is extra. Does it come with one normally like the picture?

      V-Clips are an additional belt clip option that can be added to your order. The clip fastens to the back of your velcro lined gun belt using Velcro. This allows the weight of the gun to still be supported by your belt but no clip is visible from the outside. J-Clips are an additional belt clip option that can be added to your order. The clip attaches to the waistband of your pants and goes behind the belt. It was created for use with woven cloth/nylon/canvas belts and are more concealable than our standard belt clips Yes you would need Right Hand Draw.

    Looking at the holster it looks very nice, but one clip seems to worry me. Would the holster sag at all being only held up on one side? Also Would the leather hold up for awhile around the top so it doesn’t droop making re holstering an issue ?

      Most people find that the Freedom Carry works well with one belt clip, especially when worn with a sturdy belt. However, we do understand that some holsters work better for some people than others, so we offer a Two Week trial. If you aren't satisfied with your holster, you can send it back for an exchange or refund during that time frame

    Is there a way to adjust the retention level with this holster?

      Because of how the Freedom Carry is designed, It will be a Level 1 retention holster. However you can adjust the retention on the holster to make it tighter or looser.
